PROJECT OVERVIEW
My team spearheaded a design sprint focused on evaluating the current product, analyzing user behavior, identifying issues, empathizing with users, brainstorming new solutions, and developing a prototype aimed at delivering an improved experience.
Planning
We began with looking at the current product and user experience. After conducting a design sprint and competitive research, we identified key areas that needed improvement.
Current App
Upon review, we discovered that the current site excessively prioritized ads and sales, crucial information was buried too deep within the page, the content lacked coherence and was overly verbose, locating a course list or clear course descriptions was challenging, there was inconsistency in call-to-action usage, viewing payment plans was cumbersome, and the overall experience was neither aesthetically pleasing nor intuitive.

Redesigned Experience
Taking all that we learned into consideration, this is the new experience I designed. I added filtering capabilities, the ability to save favorites and kept all categories clearly labeled and accessible at the top of the page.
