I undertook the responsibility of conducting competitive research and design analysis, contributing to the creation of a distinctive user experience. This involved facilitating connections between individuals seeking jobs and meaningful connections with people or companies that align with their core beliefs, values, and interests, alongside assisting companies in posting available jobs.
Planning
I conducted thorough market research to assess existing solutions, then proceeded to develop clickable wireframes catering to both job/connection seekers and job posters. This ensured comprehensive functionality coverage and ultimately led to the creation of a highly satisfying user experience.

The Experience
After meticulously refining the wireframes and validating functionality, I proceeded to design the entire UX and UI for the INOP experience (the app is currently live but parts are still in development).

Users begin by completing an intuitive questionnaire and profile, ensuring personalized recommendations for people, jobs, and companies aligning with their interests. Leveraging AI technology, the platform continuously learns and adapts based on user interaction, guaranteeing consistently relevant results.

The homepage offers a snapshot of people, jobs, companies, and events tailored to your profile settings. Every result is fully customizable through extensive filtering, allowing users to refine their search to the desired level of granularity.
jobs
Within the Jobs Tab, you'll find tailored job postings and companies matching your criteria, along with a list of your job applications. Our robust filtering system ensures precision in your search.
Job cards display a percentage indicating how well they match your criteria, alongside key details such as title, salary, location, and applicant count. Additionally, they showcase the company's ESG and Culture scores. Tapping on a card reveals the full job description and a benchmark comparison, allowing deeper insight into the position and company.
In the Companies Tab, you can explore comprehensive company profiles featuring values, ratings, average salaries, funding, and employee benefits. Access job listings, read company reviews, view current employees, and stay updated with any recent news coverage.

Within the Professionals Tab, you'll discover a curated list of individuals matching your profile settings. Clicking on a professional's card unveils their mission statement, mentorship options, bio, interests, skills, personality traits, and recommendations.

You have the flexibility to toggle between all users with public profiles on INOP and those within your network. Additionally, you can search for mentors or offer mentorship to others.

The tab also displays a roster of connection requests and outreach attempts.
